Grace at 3 - Daily Midday Prayer

A sacred pause in the middle of the day where we receive God’s Grace
and allow it to flow through us. It is meant to be shared,
within prayer, reflection and in reconnection.
Grace at 3 centers our hearts, offering strength, peace and reassurance,
as we move through the day’s unfolding demands.
These services reflect your mental and emotional wellness,
rhythm, daily grounding and spiritual care.
As we begin, we invite each person to lift up three names;
These can be names that represent people, needs, or situations
that God has placed in your heart.
As we do this, we trust in His Grace,
knowing He meets each person right where they stand.
